Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, including any tags, certificates, or accessories that came with the purchase.

- Custom-made or personalized jewellery.
- Earrings (due to hygiene reasons).
- Sale or clearance items.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email our customer support team at treasuresbytiara@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and detailed instructions.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item is safely returned.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges and any custom duties/taxes are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
